The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) awarded ICF a position on a new multiple‑award blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to modernize the agency’s National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) systems.

Over the next five years, we’ll be eligible to compete for task orders delivering full‑lifecycle software engineering services that strengthen performance, efficiency, security, and user experience.
